Guardian tuyển dụng vị trí Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. Thông tin chi tiết vị trí tuyển dụng như sau:
Responsibility:
- + Budgeting and latest forecast processes
- + Frequent and periodic reporting:
– Monthly reporting (HFM and management report) to local management and regional team which provide insights on actual vs. budget/ forecast
– All ad-hoc regional and/ or local management request - + Business partnering role: partner with other business functions and provide financial advices in order to execute company’s initiatives effectively and efficiently
- + Business report and analysis e.g.
– Sales performance
– Category and margins performance analysis
– Supplier performance analysis
– Working capital performance
– Store performance review and analysis - + Spending monitoring (including discount/ A&P/ Overhead/ Capex) and evaluate ROI for these items
- + Investment scenarios (when needed)
- + Team management: 2-3 team members
Requirement:
- – People leadership
- – Partnering skill
- – Communication in both Vietnamese and English
- – Big 4 audit background preferable
- – FP&A experience
