In order to meet the demand of our growing practices, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a position of Senior Associate supporting our Outsourcing Services of Ho Chi Minh City office. Detailed tasks of and required qualifications for this position are as follows:
1. [HN] I Senior Analyst/Executive Consultant

You will be joining our team and participate on the followings:
Financial Due Diligence (financial review and analysis):
– Conduct financial due diligence review to support M&A transaction, either buyer due diligence or vendor due diligence to identify and report on financial and operational performance risks/issues that impact the transactions, including purchase price consideration, deal structuring or deal termination.
Business Valuation and Financial Modelling:
– Conduct comprehensive financial projection, perform desktop valuation using various valuation methods including DCF, market comparison. Valuation of special assets: options and intangibles;
– Assist in providing market entry assessment, feasibility study to for Go/No-Go decision to enter new markets: Market research, Competition Analysis, Risk Assessment, Key Success Factors and Considerations, Financial forecast and Business case building.
Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Services
– Support in preparation of Teasers, Information Memorandum (IM), financial projections and Management Presentation;
– Support in buyer/investor and Investment target identification and approach;
Qualifications/Skills
– University degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Finance and Investment field;
– Experience of 2-3 years in Audit & Assurance, Financial Advisory services will be an advantage;
– Strong level of English proficiency;
– Strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel, knowledge with business process flowchart presentation;
– Innovative, Energetic and Eager to learn;
– Holding (or pursuing) one or more international qualification (e.g. ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA, MBA) will be an advantage.

Markets
Commercial understanding

Job duties
Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory Services
– Advise clients in preparation of Teasers, Information Memorandum (IM), Management Presentation;
– Support in buyer/investor and Investment target identification and approach;
– Review financial projections, and pitching potential investors about key growth drivers, strategic opportunities and potential synergies behind transactions;
– Support seller in preparation for transaction;
– Act as point of contact in response to investor inquiries while conducting due diligence information and assisting in pricing negotiation then completing transactions;

– Experience in advisory/audit at professional advisory and international auditing firms is an advantage
– Ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts;
– Capable of writing high quality, professionally presented reports. Strong business level of English proficiency is required.

– Good at reading and following rules and regulations;
– Good at Microsoft Office applications;
– Ability to deal with difficult, sensitive and confidential issues;
– Ability to learn a new business application.

– Completes the TP returns including the preparation of work papers for the assigned engagements under the supervision and instruction of the seniors/managers.
– Produces TP advisory report under instruction of the seniors and supervision of managers
– Research information as required by seniors/managers.
– Reports any potential ethical breaches to in-charge seniors, managers and partners, making suggestions of how to address them.
– Assists with all aspects of the TP project from start to finish.
– Communicates any technical or administrative issues with senior team members where appropriate
People
– Proactive in managing client expectations.
– Maintains a credible and professional relationship with colleague at all levels.
Operations and results
– Ensures jobs are fully completed by agreed deadlines unless renegotiated with the senior/manager in advance.
– Agrees time for each assignment in advance and is able to evaluate time spent in this context.
