EY is looking for a seasoned Manager to join our Insurance Consulting team at EY. In this role, you’ll lead insurance transformation projects, focusing on performance management, compliance, and risk management within both life and general insurance sectors. You’ll need strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and teams across EY.
Your key responsibilities
– You will participate in insurance transformation projects, performance management, compliance, risk management, and general consulting engagement for insurance companies in both life and general insurance industries.
– You will produce complete and accurate work by demonstrating strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
– Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients, EY professionals across EY
– Ensure that clients’ requests are acted upon efficiently and on a timely basis and that the engagement team meets the client expectations

To qualify for the role, you must have
– At least 5-8 years of relevant industry working experience in Life, Non-Life industry, or consulting. The mix of experience in industry and consulting would be an added advantage.
– A bachelor and/or Master degree in accounting, business administration, and related discipline. Insurance industry related qualifications would be considered as added advantage.
– IT literacy in the industry will be considered an advantage
– Good knowledge of core insurance business processes
– Advanced business writing skills in English
– A passion to provide high quality service to our clients
– Ability to work in teams
– Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure
