1. [HCM] I Business Process Solutions Accounting Intern

Deloitte’s Business Process Solutions (BPS) and Tax practices help businesses manage their essential operational processes by leveraging experienced professionals who provide advice and practical support through a mix of outsourcing, contract personnel, co-sourcing, and project related services.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with invoices, bank statements reconciliation, as well as accounts payable, receivable, and perform balance sheet reconciliation.
– Filing and assisting with maintenance of current filing system.
– Assisting with audit preparation and other duties as assigned.
– This position will report to the BPS Manager / BPS Partner.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related degree.
– Willing to be supported to client sites as required.
– Self-starter, organized, attention to details.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
– MS Office experience required including extensive Excel knowledge.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. [HCM] I Business Process Solutions Payroll Intern
Deadline: 12/08/2018.
Responsibilities:
– Updating payroll databases with employee records like employment forms, PIT and Social Insurance information.
– Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
– Participate in organizing company events, careers days and other labor training sections.
– This position will report to the BPS Senior/ BPS Manager.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources other related degree.
– Willing to be supported to client sites as required.
– Self-starter, organized, attention to details.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
– MS Office experience required including extensive Excel knowledge.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. [HCM] I Control and Security Intern
Deadline: 12/08/2018.
Responsibilities:
– Demonstrate a general knowledge of information technology, such as: physical hardware, software application, software testing, database management, data analysis, network knowledge (LAN and WAN infrastructure), and general IT security.
– Demonstrate basic understanding of IT-related business processes, IT control risk management, IT controls and related standards.
– Identify and evaluate general IT-related business and technology risks, IT controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for improvement.
– Work as a project team member to perform the task assigned and work with other staffs in delivering basic services.
– Assist senior consultants and team leaders in the preparation and tailoring of basic approaches, methods, tools, and project documents to support IT-related service offering or industry projects.
– Study and understand client’s business environment and basic IT risks.
– Build positive working relationships with colleagues and project team members with the intention to exceed client expectations.
– Excellent potential for 1) playing proactive role in designated tasks of the project team in gathering, organizing and analyzing data; 2) making major contributions in assuring deliverables meet work plan and; 3) strong potential for growth and acceptance of additional responsibilities.
