JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title: Planning and Business Analyst
Reports to: Financial Controller
Division/Dept: Finance
1. Job purpose
Prepare budget and mid-term plan/forecast and analysic with high quality on the time to help the company make better informed decisions and achieve its objectives.

4. Skills and knowledge
Educational qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting
– IFRS
Relevant experience & skills
– At least 2 years relevant working experience in same position in foreign owned companies
– Previous reporting and analysic experience in a complex heavy industry (manufacturing preferred)
– Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
– Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail
– Strong analytical skills
– SAP experience on data extraction and reporting
– Good communication and listening skills
– Strong teamworking
– Fluency in both Vietnamese and English
– Self-motivated and pro-active
