JOB DESCRIPTION
OBJECTIVES
- – Support the strategic planning activities by analyzing and keeping track PL New-to-bank product performance, and providing some ad-hoc reports, research data to the Manager, propose initiatives
- – Co-ordinate with Product Operations regarding process changes/new process implementations for new and existing products
COMMUNICATION
- – Internal (within VPB FC): Line manager, Head of Product Management, Customer Analytics team, Sales Division, Risk Division, IT Division, Finance Division, BICC, Operations Division, Legal & Compliance
- + Inputs for strategy development
- + Strategy changes alignment
- + New products and channels development and launch
- + Feedback on existing products and channels performance
- + Monitoring of product & portfolio performance
- – External (outside VPB FC) Partners, as per specific assignment: Support development of mutual beneficial partnerships in order to fulfill FE Credit’s strategy
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- – Run queries on own data (Product Sale performance, Product Profit and Loss performance, Customer Segmentation, etc)
- – Monitor and control performance of products, campaign and projects by monthly basis
- – Review and analyze the product’s activities and trends (sales, risk, cost and profit performance) and report the findings to identify the strategies that will address company goals
- – Compile and deliver business intelligence reports to managers on a regular basis
- – Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations related to personal loan
- – Maintain an in-depth knowledge and trends of Personal Loan – New To Bank products through reading reports, financial modeling and analysis
- – Build strong relationship with all colleagues and with all departments to ensure the quality of data sources
- – Support manager to prepare business case for new product, channel and project and prepare ad-hoc reports
- – Prepare product documentation, include product concept and proposals, and all other materials to ready for launching
- – Propose new product ideas and improvement of existing products, cooperate with other departments to define, develop and implement new products or channels
JOB REQUIREMENT
REQUIREMENTS
Education: University Graduate – Major: Finance, Statistics, Economics
Experience: Min. 3 year of working experience in data analysis and reporting (experience in the finance/ banking domain, portfolio analysis, business analysis, financial, product management or mathematical background as a plus)

- – Good at Microsoft Office (Power Point and Excel), SQL
