? [HCM] | Advisory Services – Business Risk Senior/Assistant Manager

You will be joining our team and participate on the followings:
? Internal Audit:
– Conduct internal audit engagements including Outsourced,
– Co-sourced internal audit and internal audit transformation.
?Process Risk and Control:
– Conduct business process review and reengineering engagements
– Assist in process documentation and manual preparation
? Risk Management:
– Facilitate risk workshops to identify key risks
– Independently review risk frameworks, and providing input from shared good practice
– Advise on risk identification, monitoring and reporting.
? IT Advisory:
– Support clients with IT Due Diligent, evaluating how the M&A transaction will affect IT alignment with business strategy, IT management processes and IT risks.
– Provide IT Security service, assess client’s current IT security system and implement leading practices and techniques to prevent unauthorised access and protect clients’ information assets
– Provide IT project management support to help clients deliver IT projects within specification, time, budget and quality targets.
? Fraud and forensics services:
– Support clients with investigations, dispute resolution, including accounting integrity and conduct matters, SPA disputes, investigations fraud solutions and computer forensics.
– Assist clients in assessing their organisation’s vulnerability to fraud and in strengthening their internal controls to prevent it.
? Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Lead, manage and supervise multiple engagement assignments
– Assist in staff recruitment, training and professional development (for Assistant Manager level)
– Join business development activities, including:, client meetings, proposal preparation and review, networking events organizing topic workshops/presentation (for Assistant Manager level)
– Assist in developing and executing marketing and business development plans (for Assistant Manager level)
? Qualifications/Skills
– 3-7 years of experiences in IT advisory, Internal Audit, Internal Control, Business Risk Services
– Strong level of English proficiency
– Strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel and flowcharting
– Holding (or pursuing) one or more international qualification (e.g. CIA, ACCA, CISA, CFE ) is a plus
– Experience in Information system, IT audit (including IT General controls and IT application controls), experience with ERP systems is an advantage
– Data Analysis using CAATs—ACL, IDEA and Advanced Excel is an advantage

? [HCM] | Audit and Assurance – Client Admin

? Essential Duties and Responsibilities
– Assist in preparation of proposal, contracts and engagement letters;
– Follow up with the Clients and audit personnel on status of billings, contracts and engagement letters, etc.
– Input Clients’ information into the PMS system;
– Record billings in the PMS system;
– Coordinate with Accountant Team in preparation of billing statements and sending billings, VAT invoice to the Clients;
– Monitors availability of stationery and makes weekly/monthly order;
– Manages and updates GTonic system.
? Required Qualifications/Skills
– University degree in foreign languages or economics related field. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, auditing, finance or statistics is strongly preferred;
– Vietnamese female, age between 22- 28 years old
– Fluency in English, both speaking and writing;
– Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
– Good administration and secretarial skill; and
– Good organisation and time management skill
